Waterloo Coffee Company started with a simple conviction: the best coffee doesn't happen by accident. It happens when someone cares enough to choose the right bean, roast it properly, and pull every shot with patience.

We're not a chain. We don't rush. Every drink that leaves our counter is made the way it should be — with attention to the details most places skip. Our pastries arrive fresh each morning. Our espresso is pulled to order. Our whole-bean selections are rotated with every new roast.

Not every coffee is worth buying ground. Ours isn't. That's why we roast in small batches right here in Georgetown and sell it whole — so you get the full flavor when you grind it fresh at home.

We rotate our offerings with every new arrival. Some days it's a bright Ethiopian pour-over bean. Other days it's a deep, chocolatey espresso blend. Whatever's in rotation, it's fresh — usually within days of roasting.
